Structure
Bed made up of modular headboards in different sizes and a bed base with slatted frame of cm 160 / 170 / 180.
The headboards are wall-mounted with dedicated adjustable brackets and are tilted 30 degrees at the front, for greater comfort when leaning back against them.
Headboards
The headboards can be equipped with upper and lower LED strips (the latter on projecting versions), with shelves in matt lacquered metal or leather-covered metal, and with leather-covered panels partially covering the headboard.
In the projecting version the headboard has a pre-cut opening in the lower part, which allows electrical sockets to be housed.
Bed base
The bed base is wall-fixed on the headboard side, while on the footboard side it rests on a transparent methacrylate support (bed base without storage box) or on a shaped metal support (bed base with storage box).
For safer installation on walls with low load-bearing capacity we recommend an additional shaped metal support on the headboard side.
Patented storage box
The patented storage box is suspended from the metal support frame and set back from the side rails and footboard, so that it stays barely visible and enhances the slim lines of the Biplano bed.
The suspended box also allows air to circulate over underfloor heating and the area beneath the bed to be vacuumed properly.
The storage box is always finished in Slate Grey melamine.
