Side System

A wall system with no size constraints. Free composition, precise structure.

Side System was born in 2014 as Fimar’s answer to a specific need: moving beyond the rigidity of traditional wall systems with a truly modular programme, able to suit a minimal living room just as well as a warmer, more textured setting. It is not a furniture collection but a compositional language: a few basic elements, endless interpretations.

A thick load-bearing side panel

The side panel that supports every composition — wall-hung or floor-standing — is 6 cm thick: sturdy enough to hold wood or glass doors, and to create continuity with elements and shelves of different thicknesses.

Design freedom. No size constraints.

The creative concept behind Side System lets you compose without size constraints, simply placing elements side by side following an intuitive, free and dynamic logic. Four ways to open, one continuous line.
